In collaboration with our extensive network of manufacturers and their expert teams, we streamline the process of arranging specifications, schedules, product selections, and drawings for your projects.
When a project transitions to the “Out To Tender” phase, we diligently ensure that all specified products are accurately quoted to the tendering contractors.
Upon the quote evolving into an “Order To Place” and with a Mechanical Contractor on board, we take proactive steps to follow up on-site, negotiate orders on behalf of the manufacturer(s), and oversee the procurement and installation process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
